Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle reserve the right to alter the
schedules as it deems necessary. Whilst every effort is made to
maintain the service, no responsibility will be taken for
inconvenience due to delayed service and any additional cost or
expenses.
The passenger, acknowledges by their acceptance, that Kings and Queens
Airport Shuttle shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss,
accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or
property due to act of default by any other company or person
providing services included in this transfer.
Further, Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle accept no responsibility for
any sickness, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government
restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, traffic
delays, defect in any vehicle of transportation that is caused. Kings
and Queens Airport Shuttle also reserve the right to cancel, change or
substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any
passenger at any time for any reason.
Every effort would be made by the company to ensure that vehicles
arrive on time. The company shall not be held responsible or liable
for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control. Kings and
Queens Airport Shuttle shall not be held responsible or liable for any
delays caused by airline, passengers missing flight/ship or
flight/ship time changes. All return bookings (pick-ups from the
airport or cruise ship terminals) must be pre-paid either on your date
of departure or via a credit card transaction over the phone or by
cheque, money order paid at office or mailed to P/O address.
Baggage
Baggage includes all items which accompany a passenger whilst aboard
Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle or contract vehicle, either within
the baggage storage bins, trailer or carried on board by the
passenger. The total amount of baggage entitlement per person is two
pieces excluding carry on baggage.
All baggage, including carry on baggage and personal items, is the
sole responsibility of the passenger as Kings and Queens Airport
Shuttle accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for theft,
loss or damage to any passenger baggage and personal items, whilst in
a Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle or one of their contract vehicles.
Any baggage that is left aboard a Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle or
contract vehicle will be carried to our head office and stored at the
owners risk for no more than 3 months.
Drug or Alcohol Intoxication
Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle can refuse to carry or remove from a
service a passenger who in the reasonable opinion of the Kings and
Queens Airport Shuttle employee is intoxicated by drugs and/or alcohol
and who may or may not pose a potential threat to themselves, others
or property. Any and all additional costs incurred as result of the
refusal to serve, or the removal from the service, will be the
responsibility of the passenger. Smoking is also not permitted by law
in any vehicle supplied by Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle.
Violent, Disorderly & Aggressive Behaviour
Violence, disorderly conduct and aggression will not be tolerated. A
person may be asked to leave or refused entry on to the Kings and
Queens Airport Shuttle or supplied vehicle prior to reaching their
destination. If person/s are in the opinion of the staff members
violent, disorderly or aggressive towards the bus driver, staff
members or fellow passengers the company reserves the right to refuse
travel or to remove a passenger from the service.
Food and Beverage Consumption
Food and beverage are not to be consumed on any vehicle supplied by
Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle
Refund and Cancellation Fees
Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 24 hours prior to
your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee
equal to 50% of the total booking price.
Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking more than 24 hours prior to
your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee
equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Transfers are to and from airport, cruise ship terminals airport
hotels and your destination, which is specified and confirmed in your
booking only. Schedule date changes are permitted. All requests for
amendments must be directed to, Kings and Queens Airport Shuttle, who
will implement the request. Refunds will only occur in the instance
where your scheduled flight or Ship arrival times into Sydney Airport
or Sydney Cruise Ship Terminals are delayed to a time that does not
suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times.
